How to Start a Return

Damages and Issues

We strive for your complete satisfaction. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different model or size, we recommend you return the item and place a separate order for the new item once the return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
